TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The membership will automatically renew on the 1st of every month.
  • Unused sessions can be rolled over for 1 month before expiring and cannot be given to family or friends.
  • Minimum 6-month commitment required.
  • The membership can be canceled anytime after the initial 6-month term has been completed. Early cancellation may be subject to a fee.

At Silk Thai Therapy, we want to make sure that you feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you step through our doors. To help put your mind at ease, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. We invite you to come and experience the endless benefits of Thai massage for yourself. 

  • How long will my appointment last?

    Your appointment will last for the full length of time that it has been booked. This will depend on what service you are getting done. 


    We always recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and start your journey to relaxation.


    Homemade tea will be served after your appointment.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    Just yourself! We will provide everything else that you need. 


    If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate you.

  • What should I wear?

    One of the most common questions we get  is, "What should I wear to my  appointment?" 


    The answer is actually pretty simple — whatever makes you feel comfortable. Most people choose to remove all their clothing for their session, but if you're more comfortable leaving your underwear on, that's perfectly fine. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable, so do whatever you need to in order to achieve that goal. 


    If you have any other questions about what to expect during your massage session, our friendly team of integrative bodyworkers would be happy to answer them. We're looking forward to seeing you soon!

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Here at Silk Thai, we value your time and want to make booking an appointment as easy as possible. 


    That's why we offer an online booking form on our website. 


    You can choose a date, time, and location that is convenient for you, and our team will be happy to accommodate your request. We know that life can be busy, so we appreciate you taking the time to book an appointment in advance. 


    If you do not see anything available online please text or call, we can always arrange an appointment.

  • What are your hours?

    We are open every day, from 9 AM - 7 PM, at both our Boulder and Denver spa locations.
